Lohner Coffee was born from a passion for discovery and learning. After spending over eight years in the coffee industry working as a barista, production roaster, head roaster, coffee director, and Q Grader, I realized that the part of the process that excited me the most was profiling new coffees. There's something special about unlocking the potential of each bean, and I wanted to share that journey with others.

We want to invite you into the process. Each month, we release a limited coffee selection, accompanied with information that documents how we arrived at the final roast. By sharing our approach, techniques, and thought process, we hope to make each coffee something that is an interactive experience where we all explore coffee together.
