To celebrate the launch of Lohner Coffee, we wanted to kick things off by sharing this tasty Panama Geisha (at an insanely low price). Joel won this coffee in a recent roasting competition hosted by Forward Coffee, and we couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate than using it as our first drop and sharing it with everyone.
After doing a couple of test batches and tasting them, we found that we preferred a slightly faster roast with a fair bit of development since this seemed to highlight the juicy fruity notes that the coffee has, while still keeping some of the delicate florals this coffee has to offer.
